Ron Walters
Founder/ President
Ron has more than 30 years of experience leading numerous firms through a long-term strategic growth plan. Early in his career Ron led and guided Aim Executive, an Executive Recruiting, Contract Staffing and Outplacement organization to Ford Q1 certified and ISO 9001 registration, a first in the industry. He was a leader/owner at TalentTrack, a national RPO, Contract Staffing and Executive Recruitment organization who received several Inc. 500/5000 recognitions along with many HROA RPO Baker’s Dozen recognitions.
At endevis, a Staffing, Recruitment and RPO, as CRO/Owner, Ron and team led endevis to multiple Inc. 500/5000 recognitions, recognized by SIA as one of the fastest growing staffing firms in the US and several recognitions on the HROA RPO Baker’s Dozen list, achieving the #1 rating in the mid-market RPO firms in 2019. Ron and endevis were also recognized by the Everest Group as an emerging talent management organization in the US and globally.
With over three decades of experience, he has earned a reputation for building strong trusted advisor relationships with clients, leaders, and team members. His attention to detail and extensive research background allows him to continue discovering trends to uncover new strategies related to growing organizations.
Ron is very active within the community and supports numerous organizations including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Calvary Church, Manahan Residential Services and the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Toledo.
Dave Winterich
Managing Partner/ SVP
Dave is an experienced professional in all aspects of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Search. He has a proven track record building long term business partnerships focused on what is best for clients and candidates.
He started his career as a recruiter and worked his way up into national sales and leadership roles with national recruiting and staffing firms partnering with fortune 500 companies on a national basis.
Additionally, Dave founded and led a boutique search firm, A.T. & Associates, providing Retained Search and Consulting focused on identifying top talent for companies including Yamaha Motors and Harley Davidson. He was awarded “top vendor, best in class recruiting” with international company for recruiting strategies and new employee hires.
With over three decades of experience, Dave has earned the reputation as a trusted advisor in delivering Workforce Solutions, Recruiting Strategies, Retained Search, and Executive Coaching.
Dave is active in coaching high school football leading and developing young men both on the field and most importantly off the field. He supports many organizations including Project Hope for the homeless and City Mission.
